DENSO to Donate US$25,000 to Aid Jackson, Tenn. Tornado Victims

Who: The DENSO North America Foundation

What: The DENSO North America Foundation today pledged to donate $25,000 to the American Red Cross Jackson, Tenn. Chapter to benefit those affected by the tornadoes of Feb. 5.

Where and why:

DENSO operates three companies in Tennessee, one of which is located in Jackson, Tenn.:

--TBDN Tennessee Company in Jackson, Tenn.

--DENSO Manufacturing Tennessee in Maryville, Tenn.

--DENSO Manufacturing Athens Tennessee in Athens, Tenn.

Jackson, Tenn. is one of the areas hardest hit by the mid-winter tornadoes.

"We hope we can help some of the families, businesses and communities recover from this devastation," said Hiroshi Kitahara, executive vice president, DENSO International America.
